Meet Stephanie,
a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach
My passion for learning during the four decades I worked as a Massage Therapist and Fitness Trainer inspired me to study health coaching and obtain national certification. My own experience reshaping health habits as I went through menopause helped me appreciate that others need support at this life stage. This awareness led me to create Third Act Health Coaching.
As a compassionate and non-judgmental listener, I help clients make changes in their routines and discover ways to live with more purpose and vitality. This wellness concept is known as “Deep Health.”

Personal Health Inventory
You will complete a thorough health history, as well as providing information about your lifestyle, goals, priorities and challenges.

Wellness Vision
We will evaluate your goals, strengths, and values to create a wellness vision of how you want to live. This will guide you in your process of change.

Weekly check-ins
We will meet weekly to access progress, to modify or establish new action items and provide accountability.
